Hey guys. This site looks to be exactly what I am looking for. I just bought a FSBO on Oakmont and am currently working with a good friend of mine(architect) to redesign the home. It's a basic 3/1 1200 sq ft 1 story. We are adding a second floor and changing the elevation significantly. Can't wait to get started. We should hopefully get the contruction process started in mid March. I am going to be managing the build myself as I used to build for one of big builders here in Austin. So luckily I have a valuable list of contractors to call on. Anyway, can't wait to learn more about this site and hopefully contribute where I can.
