I see the AD Stenger home and 1 br apt overlooking Zilker is being sold by owner. I've toured the property. The home is in mostly original condition. The seller is the original owner and has great stories about working with Mr Stenger in the building process.

Don't have one. Maybe someone else has pictures to post by now. The home is off Robt E Lee at 903 Lund. It's actually off a long driveway up the hill. The owners are Jane and Bud Collier, very lovely folks, and their numbers are locally 905-2483 or 214/395-5734. Sales price is $485K.

I learned about this home when I met the Colliers last summer and have been fixated on it abit ever since. (I'm a realtor who loves MCM, and met them after I sold another Stenger home so I've been looking for this home to come on the market.)

Definately take a look. I'm hoping it finds the right buyer.
