Mid-Century Modern in Westlake

Posted by Amy Hovis at October 17. 2005

We're selling our mid-century modern 2700 sq ft home on great street in Westlake. We're selling it because we're moving into another '60's ranch across the street to do some updating to it. We're hoping other people will buy homes in this neighborbood who appreciate their architecture. We see too many homes in this area get bought up and are either torn down or have ugly cheapy remodels done to them. The house we have is in original condition although we've put a lot of work into it by way of cleaning it up with new floors, paint and landscaping. We have tried to keep true to its period. I've got lots of pics to share, if interested: ahovis@austin.rr.com
