Any recomendations for landscape architect/designers? Maybe some one up-and-coming. Obviously Big Red Sun comes to mind but from what I understand they are rather expensive. Floribunda is nice but the work we've seen doesn't seem like what we want. We visited Utility Research Gardens in Austin a couple of years ago and liked what they had done and we also like what we've seen from Mark Word.

Take a look at Root Design Company http://www.rootdesigncompany.com.  They are homegrown, do good work, and are good people.
