I have a modern home design that I want to build in the Spicewood area.  Unfortunately, the architect we hired is from Colorado and not familiar with the local builders and process.  This will not be a primary residence so cost consciousness is a top priority. Anyone out there have a recommendation for a builder I can begin researching?  Thanks for your help.

Kelly Ramsey has done an amazing job on 2 homes. One I sold to my clients and he's been adding a 3rd story for them.
