The building is impeccably maintained. Over the past three years I've restored the interior space (new cork floors on 1st floor, thin natural carpet on stairs and 2nd floor, updated kitchen appliances, original moulding work redone, new paint schemes, installed a new HVAC downstairs -1 of 2 units, built the outdoor patio area with compartments, and added some greenery to the backyard. All the neighbors are great people.

This space is perfect for one individual or even a couple. It's not suited for a roommate situation. There is one covered parking spot included and all exterior grounds are maintained.
