Wanting to buy in Austin, TX

Hello Everyone,



I am looking to buy a home in Austin, TX in the $200,000-250,000.  I have a strong preference for modern/contemporary architecture.  I would like to find someone in Austin to construct me a house in East Austin within my budget.  Please contact me with architects or existing properties.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks and look foward to hearing your suggestions.
