Amazing Split-Level for Sale in Austin

Hi all,


Haven't posted here in some time, but thought I'd pop in and post about a home being sold by a couple I know.  It's a 1972 split-level home that is pretty amazing.  The price is reasonable, especially considering how nice the place is and it's size (2500+ sf @ $289k).  Here's a couple pics and a link to the listing:

Wow! Not so thrilled about the exterior but with alittle creativity it could be a really cool home.
