Need Atlant area resources for renovation

Hi. I live in DC but am renovating a condo in downtown Atlanta. I'm looking for vendors who have modern fixtures, appliances and materials in the Atlanta area, particularly in the closeout and cheap variety. Also a concrete countertop guy would be great. I'm managing this from 600 miles away so this should be an adventure.
