Materials: Lack TV table, Billy shelves or any other
Description: I had this Lack TV table that I did not need anymore. Instead of moving it to the attic, I decided to give it a try in the bedroom, as I was looking for a bench-box kind of thing to put at the foot of the bed.
So very simple hack indeed:
- remove the feet of the Lack table
- put something (or paint) on the "under" side of the table (here, I used free postcards collected in bars and some glue...)
- use shelves or anything else to cover the upper part. I used 2 shelves boards that I had from a Billy. I did not cut it yet, or did any more advanced setup so far. But it should be possible, just need to be more creative!
I guess this could also be used as a head box for the bed too, maybe screwing the Lack feet at the bottom so that it gets little taller.
