EcoSteel building systems and Donmar Development, Corp. of Brooklyn, NY are joining forces to introduce a pre-engineered steel approach to construct modern multi-family, urban infill loft projects in New York City.  The EcoSteel system offers a unique solution to stage materials and crew in a limited footprint.  This panelized steel approach increases overall profitability by drastically reducing time of project completion.

The design and construction strategy increases overall energy efficiency and eliminates many layers of subcontractors typically required for a traditional construction process.  The first two EcoSteel/Donmar multi-family projects are located in Brooklyn, and have been designed by Scarano Architects, PLLC.
