The design for the new Guggenheim Museum in Helsinki has been chosen, and the winners are a relatively unknown husband and wife team from France. Their winning proposal, called "Art in the City," isn't a single building, but a small group of nine buildings and a lighthouse-like tower which is located by the waterfront in Helsinki's harbor.
