Unfortunate news reaches us that the National Trust for Historic Preservation and Landmarks Illinois have moved for a voluntary dismissal of their complaint against tearing down Prentice Women's Hospital in Cook County Circuit Court, signaling the end of their legal challenge against the City of Chicago and the Commission on Chicago Landmarks.
