Is Belgian designer Michael Verheyden's G55 leather sling lounger the "it" chair of the moment? We think so. Here it is, along with some strikingly similar options (including a reissue of Vernon Panton's Bachelor Chair, designed in 1955). Above: Designed by Kyle Garner for Sit and Read of Brooklyn, the Sling Chair is $1,450 and is available with a vintage overdyed carpet sling, an outdoor canvas sling, or a hand-tanned leather sling (shown here). Above: Designed by Verner Panton in 1955, the Bachelor Chair was inspired by Dutch designer Gerrit Rietveld's Beugel Stoel Vintage Bachelor Chairs, and can be found on 1st Dibs ; prices start at around $1,000.
