The Cap Times reports that the Madison Design Professionals Workgroup has worked up a report calling for the transformation of the intersection where John Nolen Drive, Blair Street and Willy Street meet to create a Madison version of Chicago's Millennium Park. Of particular interest is the mention that the plan would eventually include "a boardwalk, boat docking and the long-discussed Frank Lloyd Wright Boathouse."
