The new scheme connects the station with the surrounding public spaces, creating a traffic flow referenced by the terminal's undulating form. Curving concrete volumes dominate both the inside and the outside of the terminal building, with several levels creating a complex network of slip floors and ramps, resembling the iconic Eero Saarinen's TWA Terminal in New York, but also drawing on UN Studio's distinctive aesthetics.
