Artist Daniel Agdag crafts fantastical machines from humble cardboard

Agdag's fantastic solo-vehicles and machines take inspiration from both, the artists' own daydreams and his mother's story. As he imagined how she migrated alone from Europe to Australia, where they both now resides. The sculptures are made by combining different materials, including recycled boxboard, tracing paper, brass, nickel and for some, hand-blown glass.
