A narrow apartment doesn’t necessarily mean less space. Proving the case here is Jordan Parnass Digital Achitecture (JPDA), which successfully designed this studio apartment to not only accommodate living and working spaces within, but also offer multiple storage solutions to make use of every nooks and crevices. The higher ceiling also meant a bedroom - if you can call it that way - can be created on an elevated deck.

Economy, functionality and privacy were the primary drivers in this project. The architects worked very closely together with the owner to ensure the outcome would be clean and neat. The colors are neutral and easy to live with, lending the interiors an airy and spacious feel even when it is really not that huge. The abundance of light wood material used just complement the whole feel.

A triumph over small spaces, we should say.
