International architecture firm, Sasaki, has just unveiled a spectacular 100-hectare urban farm set amoung the soaring skyscapers of Shanghai. The Sunqiao Urban Agricultural District, will be a mega vertical farming laboratory that will be used not only for growing, but for innovation, interaction, and education. The plans for Sunqiao show the area fitting in nicely between the city's many towers, adding a welcomed green counterpart to the shiny metal and glass cityscape. Related:Sasaki...
