Curbed Chicago reports that the Frank Lloyd Wright-designed George Furbeck House (1897) in Oak Park, IL has finally sold. Originally listed in May 2010 for $1.1 million, it popped on and off the market in the ensuing years and finally sold this week for $650,000. It would be great if the new stewards of the home return the home to it's original glory. Read more about the sale saga here. Image via Curbed Chicago
