The blog, Broken Sidewalk, recently ran a post on the negative impact over time of corporate headquarters moving from downtown Louisville, KY to the surrounding suburbs—which apparently could be traced back to 1964, when Lincoln Income Life Insurance built their William Wesley Peters-designed tower (known today as Kaden Tower) in the 'burbs.
