100-million-year-old dinosaur remains discovered in Canada look 'weeks old'

In March of 2011, a mining team in Canada made an unexpected discovery. Heavy equipment operator Shawn Funk, specifically, was carving through the Earth in Millennium Mine when his excavator contacted something hard. As it turns out, what looked like walnut brown rocks was actually the fossilized remains of a dinosaur that is 110-million-years-old. The dinosaur the mining team had found 17 miles north of Alberta, Canada, is a nodosaur - an imposing herbivore that stretched 18 feet...
