Star Wars: Is Melbourne the New Coffee Bar Capital?
Average Rating: ( 0 votes)
Melbourne coffee maestro Luke Mutton of Dead Man Espresso recently opened a new venture called Common Galaxia, collaboring with Justin Lamont of Life Space Journey on all the fittings: the lighting, tables, chairs, trolleys, shelving, cutlery holders, even the sink. The result is an almost entirely bespoke space featuring a mix of materials: raw steel, untanned leather chairs, copper coffee canisters, plus pastel powder-coated fixtures and fittings.
