Hanover Olympic is the first building to include net-zero, solar-powered apartments for the eco-conscious renting community in Los Angeles. Ten rooftop solar panels dedicated to each of the 20 Eco-Apartments provide solar energy directly to tenants, cutting their electricity bills by around $100 per month. Any excess energy produced by a total of 220 solar panels is fed into the grid for nighttime use.
