“Objects of another age” are technological devices that are easy to understand, particularly for the elderly. Created by Eva Rieland, this line of devices were designed according to observations of habits and needs. Reiland focused on communication features used in the world of technology and tied in formal analogies. Separating different systems, this four piece set is easier to comprehend compared to the bulked devices used today. Each of the four objects within this system minimizes the use of graphical user interface (GUI), so to reduce errors and learning anxiety.
