The 2-story house functions as an addition to an existing semi-detached house located on the city's lower north side. The clients required additional space and a compact volume with lots of natural lighting. In order to fulfill this need, the architects created a C-shaped layout with a cut-out in the outer shell that allows daylight into the house.
