Zac Bleicher, Director of the Edgar Miller Legacy project, and the Chicago Art Deco Society both send word that the developer who planned to demolish 159 West Burton Place has sold the house to someone who will protect the building and supports the landmarking of the West Burton Place District. This is a huge win for preservationists and a step towards preserving the unique character of Old Town in Chicago from future peril. We'll keep...
