Hong Kong's award-winning design firm AB Concept recently sent us a copy of their latest book The Language of Luxe.
Nobody seems more appropriate than the firm's director and lead architect Ed Ng and Terence Ngan to publish a book on luxury living. A look at their portfolio spanning 5-star hotels to upmarket restaurants to high-end homes all across the globe attests to that.

Using abundant images from their past projects over 12 years, The Language of Luxe is a visual journey through AB Concept’s evolution, offering an insight into the team’s creative process and artistic vision. Ed and Terence’s designs are innovative and bold explorations of both space and style, each one revealing their respect for history and cultural arts.

We especially like their writings covering various subjects with regards to interpreting luxury in interior spaces today. For example, in the chapter under Texture, they said "Texture is the language of sensuality - enabling inanimate objects to exude and display the temptation of touch. Through texture, an interior can communicate an emotional experience way beyond what the eyes can see." As fellow designers, we couldn't agree more...

The book is out now at major bookstores.
