The project consists of three units of sustainable buildings, consists of  two two-bedroom units and a studio apartment. It involves some sustainable building materials to provide eco constructions, such as FSC certified woods, recycled materials for  kitchen and bathroom surfaces, instead of granite slabs. They are also completed with alternative energy source, supplied by solar panels on the roof. To provide water conservation, native or drought-resistant plants are planted.

The green architecture design applied here to create excellent indoor air quality and minimal environmental impact. It can be said that this project has almost no carbon, water or waste footprint. All the paints and finishing materials were  zero-VOC. One of the building also has an indoor garden that may provide natural air purifying system. Floor-to-ceiling glasses are used to provide maximal connection between indoor and outdoor, also providing a way for natural daylighting.  Distance from a local shopping center is also a positive value as it will decrease the needs of using vehicles. All units also have outdoor decks.

The project was design to provide sustainable buildings for family housings, with affordable price, which is very important in this area as Los Altos is more known for its expensive housing than its eco-friendly housing. Its minimalist design will be up to date for years.
