The two-level building is intended to house a cocktail bar as well as a lounge space with couches and a pool. The first level will contain the bar, with tables positioned around the perimeter of an amazing glass-tiled floor. Because of the positioning of the building, offset from the cliff face, the clear flooring provides an incredible, if almost heart-stopping, view down the side of the cliff beneath and into the valley.
