Minarc, an architecture firm based out of Santa Monica, designed these flexible panels in 2007 as an environmentally responsible solution to low cost housing. The part-prefab house system is simply a recycled-steel-framed sandwich, containing innovative insulation, clad with Gypsum Board and a waterproof membrane.
