St. Louis Art Museum Buys Little House Chandelier

The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports that one of a pair of rare bronze, brass and leaded glass chandelier that Frank Lloyd Wright designed for the master bedroom of the Francis W. Little house in Peoria, IL was recently acquired by the St. Louis Art Museum for $825,000. It's a shame this piece had to leave the environment it was specifically designed for and at such a high price...it opens the door for other less preservation-minded...
