News reached me late last week that 91-year-old Karen Johnson Boyd passed away peacefully early Friday morning in Racine, Wisconsin after a short illness. The daughter of H.F. Johnson Jr. (who commissioned Frank Lloyd Wright to build the iconic SC Johnson Administration Building and Research Tower) Karen eventually commissioned her own Wright-designed house.
