The new Forest City will be located near the economic centers of Southeast Asia and will become a cultural and economic hub. The architects designed it in a way that doesn't affect the area's delicate ecosystem and the fishing industry. It would re-establish nine kilometers of mangroves, 10 kilometers of shallow coves and mudflats and protect 250 hectares of shallow-water seagrass.
