The extension is part of the existing Nanyang Primary School and Kindergarten in Singapore. The campus is framed by hilly landscape and the Coronation Road, which determined the layout of the new buildings. The team decided to align the new building volumes parallel to the direction of the hilltop slope and perpendicular to Coronation Road, creating a large inviting central valley.
