The Frank Lloyd Wright-designed "bootleg" house for Robert G. Emmond (1892), on the market for close to a year now in the idyllic Chicagoland suburb of LaGrange, has had its asking price chopped by $225k to $1.275 million (gulp). It's a beauty, but it would take a lot of boot strapping to afford that bootleg. See the listing with more images here. Image via mredllc.com
