Curbed Chicago reports that the Frank Lloyd Wright-designed Charles Perry House in Glencoe, IL (which only hit the market last month) has already dipped its asking price by $150,000. The home needs some TLC (it's being sold "as is") but if you've got $550,000, it would be a great house to have in a great neighborhood. Read more here. Image via Curbed Chicago
