Last week Michelle came over to my house to rehab my garden shed (she said it was a "mess" and "full of spiders"); this week she unveils the results. And, in other news, Kendra tells us how to plant a meadow of Snake's Head Fritillaries (a glamorous flower with an unglamorous name) and Alexa visited one of the prettiest flower farms we've seen in upstate New York. Oh, and Justine sleuthed a glass vase from Sweden that's "bling for your flowers." Above: Alexa visits Sarah Ryhanen (the genius behind Brooklyn-based floral design studio Saipua) in upstate New York, where she cultivates rare floral varieties. Above: Kendra tells us How to Make a Meadow of Snake's Head Fritillaries like this one at Sissinghurst. Above: Michelle takes us on a tour of a genius backyard garden shed in Seattle by Seattle-based SHED. See what's on the other side of the shed here . Above: How pretty! Glass diamond-shaped vases from Sweden ("bling for your flowers," as Justine says). Above: "Garden sheds should be as lovingly organized as your kitchen," Michelle says. Here's the after photo of my rehabbed garden shed. Can it last?
