The Frank Lloyd Wright-designed Charles Perry House in Glencoe, IL was a hard sell due to the level of renovations required by most people's "living standards." Luckily, new owner Maggie Hein is someone who sees the inherent architectural beauty in the home's design and has plans to move only one interior bathroom wall one foot. That's it.
