The Netherlands is developing self-healing roads that fix potholes automatically

America's infrastructure got a D+ rating this year from the American Society of Civil Engineers. One sign of failing infrastructure is potholes. Not only are these holes annoying for drivers, roads that haven't been maintained well cause as much as a third of all deaths on highways.
