The new retail pavilion at Stationsplein-Oost in Utrecht, The Netherlands, will be sheltered by a dynamic transparent canopy. Rotterdam-based Moederscheim Moonen Architects designed the multi-tenant building commonly known as 'Het Paviljoen' which will include the world's largest bicycle storage facility.
