The tower is located on a prominently visible location in an eastern district of Beirut, Lebanon. Through the shifting of floor plates, the architects introduced generous amounts of outdoor areas for each of the 19 living units. The apartments extend all the way outwards from the core and enjoy great views of the city thanks to panoramic windows up to 12 meters wide.
