We're Losing Another One...

Radioiowa.com reports that the efforts to save the First Christian Church in Cedar Rapids, IA has failed and demolition by the hospital that owns it to make way for a parking lot will proceed this week. The church was significant because Louis Sullivan had a consulting hand in its design and it featured Louis Millet windows. No word yet where the windows will end-up. Ironically, May 22, 1912 was the Church's original dedication and groundbreaking....
