PrairieMod reader, George J. sends the heads-up that a recent article in the Los Angeles Times highlights the various unbuilt attempts by architects and designers of all stripes to mold the city into their utopian vision. Of particular note is Lloyd Wright's soaring futuristic Civic Center Plan design from 1925 that never made it off the drawing board.
