Apparently Japan's Prime Minister, Shinzo Abe, has reservations about living in the Prime Minister's Official Residence because he believes it's haunted. The 1929 two-storied mansion was designed by Muraji Shimomoto (and heavily influenced by Frank Lloyd Wright's Imperial Hotel) and was the scene of a couple of bloody coup attempts in its history.
