This humble abode measuring in at 12 feet wide and 110 feet long plays an expository position in its natural and cultural landscapes. The scenery is just magic as it comfortably takes in the beauty of the sea surrounded on three sides; a fishing cove to the east, the wilderness of nature to the west, the majestic ocean and the shore of a bay to the south. Developed by Brian MacKay-Lyons, standard, industrial and furrowed galvalume describes the exterior skin of this home. A horizontal datum next to the opposing slopes of land and roof is formed from the concrete line of the raised foundation which emphasizes the high risk of getting out of the ground in cold temperatures. Strong westerly winds come off of the sea but is guarded by a strong, concrete stair bump.
