Herb writes that they had to removed filthy carpeting and layered wallpaper; convert a former refrigerated flower storage into secure art display case (which required that they had to build an interior wall that now features a beautifully bead boarded final surface).

They spent the whole Christmas vacation doing all this work (with their fathers help). The work is still in progress, with respect to fixing ceiling & insulation and could always use support.
