Parisian designer Elodie Laléous of Lab Boutique looked to 1950s French and Scandinavian design ("mixed with a bit of rustic") when she dreamed up her line of affordable, high-quality customized furniture and bedding. Laléous believes furniture should fit well in small spaces, and she highlights wood, textiles and vivid colors in her pieces. We especially like her line of bedding, made with fabrics from cult label A.P.C. and Liberty of London (and designed to coordinate with paints from Farrow & Ball ). For ordering information, go to Lab Boutique. For a tour of Elodie's Parisian flat, go to Design Sponge . The 650-square-foot space is also featured in this month's Elle Decoration , photographed by Frederic Vasseur. Above: Lab's Bed Settee is made of beechwood and is available to order for €1,000. Above: Lab's Checked Single Duvet Cover made from A.P.C. cotton is €120. Above: The APC Checked Single Duvet Cover with striped pillowcase. Above: Floor Cushion with yellow piping, €70. Above: A.P.C. Lambswool Blanket (made from lambswool from the A.P.C. archive); €70. Above: Feather-filled A.P.C. Cushion in navy check; €60. .
