Nola.com has an interesting story on the efforts to revitalize the troubled Plaza Tower in New Orleans and pursue getting it listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The Plaza Tower was designed in 1964 by architect, Leonard R. Spangenberg, who is said to have studied with Frank Lloyd Wright. On another note: Spangenberg is also the architect of the more visually intriguing "Unity Temple" of New Orleans. Any PrairieMod readers have additional info...
