Brickell Flatiron takes Miami one step closer to a denser and more pedestrian-friendly downtown
Average Rating: ( 0 votes)
Miami, once a poster child for car-induced sprawl, is becoming, surprisingly and thankfully, denser and more walkable. Take, for instance, CMC Group’s Brickell Flatiron: a planned 64-story condominium that’s on track to be the tallest all-residential tower south of Manhattan. The sky-high 549-unit luxury development is set to break ground this fall and offer panoramic views of Biscayne Bay and downtown Miami, as well as state-of-the-art facilities complete with a 64th-floor Sky Spa.
